EN Type Directors Club, a renowned organization based in New York that promotes excellence in graphic design, invited the Tereza Bettinardi studio to develop the visual identity for the 68th edition of its design and typography awards. PT O Type Directors Club, renomada organização de Nova York que promove excelência em design gráfico, convidou o estúdio Tereza Bettinardi para desenvolver a identidade visual da campanha "Call For Entries" da 68ª edição de sua premiação de design e tipografia.

COMO CRIAMOS

EN The creative process started with a question: what if we explored typography and its internal forms, expanding them to create new shapes? Along with neon colors and gradients, the identity vibrates in this movement of expansion and creation, where new rules are created for this infinite game. My role here, in addition to designing some letters, words and unfolding the identity in several outputs, was to design the Judges category. The photos, just like stickers, add even more movement to this game, bringing the focus to each of the judges while making an elegant combination with the typography. PT O processo criativo se iniciou com uma pergunta: e se explorássemos a itpografia e suas formas internas, expandindo-as para criar novas formas? Junto de cores neon e gradientes, a identidade vibra nesse movimento de expansão e criação, onde novas regras se criam para esse jogo infinito. Meu papel aqui, além de desenhar algumas letras, palavras e desdobrar a identidade em diversas saídas, foi desenhar a categoria de Judges, ou "jurados". Os recortes, assim como stickers, adicionam ainda mais movimento à essa brincadeira, trazendo o foco em cada um dos jurados enquanto faz uma combinação elegante com a tipografia.
